1. Credit Packs (One-time Purchases)

We offer credit packs that allow you to generate story concepts, world building assets, character sheets, outlines, and chapter drafts.

  • 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund for any credit pack within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that pack have been used.
  • No Refund for Used Credits: Once you have used one or more credits from a purchased pack to perform AI generations or requests, the pack is considered consumed and is strictly non-refundable.
  • Failed or Unsatisfactory Results: Credits are consumed when a request is accepted for processing. A failed, timed-out, rejected, or unsatisfactory generation does not automatically qualify for a credit return or cash refund unless required by law or an automatic reversal appears in your account activity.
  • Accounting Errors: Contact support if you believe credits were charged more than once for the same request or your activity ledger contains a technical error. We will review the recorded transaction details.
2. Chargeback Abuse & Dispute Prevention

We encourage users to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues or request refunds. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us first violates our Terms of Service and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your WebNovel AI account and forfeiture of any remaining credits.
